A. C. Newton, an officer in the Deming Realty Company, built his house on Drexel Avenue in Glenville in 1905. Deming modeled his own house closely on Newton's home four years later in Cleveland Heights. City of Cleveland Heights. Cleveland Heights Historical Center at Superior Schoolhouse.
