CH-UH homecoming festivities include parade
Homecoming festivities kick off with a Pep Rally on Oct. 21 at 3 p.m. in the South Gym at Heights High School, followed by a Homecoming Parade beginning at 6 p.m. "Everyone is encouraged to wear black and gold and support Tiger Nation!" said Doug Heuer, CH-UH superintendent.
Heights cheerleaders and marching band will lead the parade from the Delisle Center (14780 Supererior Rd.), down Washington Boulevard, and into the football stadium. The Heights Tigers football team takes on Warren G. Harding High School with kickoff time at 7:30 p.m.
The Cleveland Heights High School football team is currently undefeated. It is ranked 13th in the Plain Dealer poll and 3rd in the region for computer points. In addition to the Homecoming Game, the school will celebrate Senior Night for the marching band, cheerleaders and football team.
