My vote is for the intersection of North Park and North Woodland - it's just one big pothole. I don't know which city is responsible for this section of paving. Is it Cleveland Heights, Cleveland, Shaker Heights? Maybe that's part of the problem.

I'll bet it is where we drive the most.... since I do Cedar every day, I can tell you there are a couple on the north side by Cedar and Coventry that are growing! does CH still do moral claims? I know that UH stopped it. My understanding (and I can be wrong on this) is that as long as the pothole was reported and nothing was done to fix it, if you have damage you can take the city to small claims court for reimbursement.

What's ridiculous is that council declared the Severance ring road a nuisance when its condition was better than the 70th percentile for the city's public roads, and was orders of magnitude better than the adjacent stretch of Taylor.
