Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
$15 per class / New clients: Your first class is free!
Students pay at the beginning of the session for all but 3 classes in the session, and pay as they go for the remaining classes in the session. This allows for up to 3 missed classes in the session. I am not able to offer make-up classes.
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Join Tyler Olson, Program Manager & Adjunct Faculty of the Conflict Resolution & Peace Studies Program for Cuyahoga Community College, to learn about the Sustained Dialogue model for engaging identity-based conflict in the community in a constructive way. Learn skills and approaches for using dialogue in our personal lives and community to promote positive change related to issues of identity.
Limited seating. Registration strongly recommended.
