2018 Cleveland Luncheon: Commemorating the US Holocaust Memorial Museum’s 25th Anniversary
12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Join the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s community in northeastern Ohio to commemorate its 25th anniversary and hear from featured speaker Uki Goñi. Long inspired by a personal commitment to human rights and unearthing long-hidden secrets, Goñi is the author of “The Real Odessa”, which chronicles the escape of Nazi war criminals from Europe. The book, which also describes the difficulties Jewish refugees faced trying to reach Argentina between 1933 and 1950, has been the object of countless interviews and documentaries by major media such as Discovery Channel, History Channel, and the BBC.
