Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

A 6-week, 12-hour workshop, just for women, on making electrical repairs. Learn about circuit, outlets, wires, and switches. Our instructor is an expert electrician who will teach you about lamps, light fixtures, fans, doorbells, how to deal with contractors, and a lot more.
Join us Wednesdays from Aug. 16th to Sept. 20th at 7PM. Not only is it informative, but you'll have fun too.

Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!
