League of Women Voters/NCJW Candidates Forum

Voters in Cleveland’s east side suburbs will have the chance to hear Democratic and Republican candidates in the November election state their positions on issues of importance on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. at Brush High School Auditorium, 4875 Glenlyn Rd. in Lyndhurst.

The Eastside Candidates Forum is sponsored by The League of Women Voters of Greater Cleveland and National Council of Jewish Women/Cleveland.

The following candidates will present their platforms:
Ohio House District 6: Phillip Robinson (D) , Marlene Anieleski (R)
Ohio House District 8: Kent Smith (D), Cassandra McDonald (R)
Ohio House District 9: Janine Boyd (D) , Joe Miller (R)
Ohio Senate District 24: Emily Hagan (D), Matt Dolan (R)
Ohio Board of Education District 11: Meryl Johnson, William Lavezzi, Richard T. Montgomery II.
