Eerie Ink: Writing the Spooky and Suspenseful Workshop

Make Lake Erie Ink your first stop this Halloween weekend! Join us for an all ages youth writing workshop featuring Mara Purnhagan. Mara Purnhagan is the author of four young adult novels, including “Tagged”, “Past Midnight”, “One Hundred Candles” and “Beyond the Grave”. Come learn from a published author about her strategy for keeping readers hooked throughout a mystery.
$5 at the door
Costumes encouraged!
Weekend Ink is a series of creative expression workshops for all ages where youth explore fun genres with guest artists and writers. Pre-registration is encouraged at lakeerieink.org/register. Weekend Ink is supported in part by the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture.

Milestones Autism Resources presents its annual benefit to support the local autism community, including cocktails, dinner, music, and a live auction.
Hear inspiring stories from parents and individuals with autism who raise their hands for Milestones.
Milestones will honor Carol & Scott Burg, Gen Bauer & Bill Carson, and Barb & Lev Gonick for their leadership and inspiration to Milestones and the general community.
