Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga

Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

*** New Clients (includes one free class): $135 for Summer
*** Returning Clients: $150 for Summer
*** All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week
*** Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Nagada Trunk Show

New Spirit Corner "unveiling" event

Join your neighbors for a party to (veil and then) unveil the new Spirit Corner "cornerstone" as well as the Free Little Library, the new Spirit Corner history sign, and the new “upcycled” picnic table. Spirit Corner is a local community gathering spot.

There will be beverages and a little food and maybe music. We will be joined by representatives of the Frohring Foundation, which has helped fund Spirit Corner. We will also recognize neighbors who have put extra effort into making Spirit Corner a great little place.

This class is designed for the beginner. It will cover how to get started, use of home sources, how to organize the material, the basics of documenting information and great websites. Special Invitation: BOGO - Bring One Get One - invites you and a guest to attend this class for $15. You must register yourself and your guest by name.
