Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New clients: Your first class is free!
*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
Class Fees (One class per week)
New Clients (includes one free class): $135 for Fall, $150 for Spring, $165 for Summer and Winter
Returning Clients: $150 for Fall, $165 for Spring, $180 for Summer and Winter
All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week

Voices in the Dark Animal Rescue Pittie Party!

Join us with our friends at Ruff House Animal Rescue
To celebrate pitties and have a fun time! Tickets include all you can eat buffet and all you can drink from a limited drink menu.
Learn about why the pitbull may be one of the most loving and misunderstood dogs, why breed specific legislation doesn't work, and what you can do to help while partying the day away with food, drinks, laughter, and lots of raffle baskets and 50/50 boards!
