Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

Cleveland Bazaar On Coventry

More than 70 artists and crafts people will be on Coventry Road when the Cleveland Bazaar comes to Cleveland Heights for the first time. The bazaar is the longest-running indie crafts show in Cleveland.
The show will be indoors at 1854 Coventry Road, near Euclid Heights Boulevard. Crafts people and artists will be on the upper level, in spaces formerly occupied by Burgers-n-Beer and Kiwi Spoon. Artists will also be in the Grog Shop, which will be serving Bloody Marys.

Reiki Level 1 Class ~'~ Loving Hands Reiki
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Learn how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, other people and your pets. You will become “attuned” to the Universal healing energy and learn hand positions for providing treatments. This class is beneficial for people who have chronic health, have pets with chronic health challenges, or want to help provide healing to others.
We will also discuss intuitive and shamanic healing methods, and how to incorporate pendulums, crystals and aromatherapy into your treatments. This class is taught in the traditional Usui method. Please bring a brown bag lunch.
(Classes are also available by appointment, just ask!)

Cost: $125 per person ($20 deposit due one week prior to class to reserve your space)
Level 1 Refresher Course

Cost: $75 per person (no re-attunement)

Milestones Autism Resources presents its annual benefit to support our local autism community, including cocktails, dinner, music, live auction, and wine pull.
The festive evening will be one to remember featuring inspiring stories from parents, professionals, and individuals with autism who raise their hands for Milestones.
Milestones will honor Joyce Goldberg Fromson, Andrea Kanter Grodin, and Donna Yanowitz whose extraordinary leadership and service to Milestones has been instrumental in helping to improve local autism resources. Honorary chairs are Allison & Tom Frazier, Cathy & Larry Goldberg, Diane & Steve Rosen, Kyla & Mitchell Schneider, Barbara & Jon Shane, Margaret & Larry Singerman, Judy & Steve Willensky, and Dara & Alan Yanowitz.
