Community Meeting Regarding New Cleveland Heights High School Building
6:00 PM
The Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District invites community residents to attend an informative meeting regarding the new Heights High School design and construction.
Representatives from PMC and BSHM architects will be present and available to answer questions. Zoraba Ross, Administrative Principal at CHHS, will also be on hand to answer questions regarding student and family transitions.
The new Heights High School is scheduled to open in the fall of 2017.

Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!
