Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees

*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer
All Clients: $288 for 2 classes per week (20% discount)
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Weekend Ink: Telling Tales
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
All ages are invited to play with two different forms of storytelling, enjoy performances and create their own. $5 drop in fee.
Oluremi Ann Oliver, a member of the Cleveland Association of Black Storytellers, believes in the true power of a story. Oluremi will be performing and supporting our young storytellers in exploring an oral storytelling tradition.
Daniel McNamara, a Cleveland Heights native and puppeteer, will perform and educate us on the art of Contastoria, a theatrical form where a performer tells or sings a story while gesturing to a series of created images.

PREVIEW PARTY: 38th Annual Heights Heritage
Home & Garden Tour
6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
To kick off the Heights Heritage Home Tour, join HCC at their festive Preview Party on September 19 at The Alcazar, Cleveland Heights’ historic landmark.
The party begins at 6 PM with a preview tour of selected homes, after which guests return to The Alcazar for an evening of fun.
Enjoy the talents of our own Heights High musicians while you sample an abundant selection of culinary delights prepared by The Fairmount, a local favorite.
Local Flamenco dancer LaRomera will fit right into the Alcazar’s Spanish vibe as part of the evening’s entertainment. More entertainment follows with the amazing magician Richard McClelland Jr., who will surprise and awe you with his talents and tricks!
The evening winds down with more music and sweet treats from The Fairmount.
Tickets for the Preview Party are $125. SPECIAL For one week ONLY the tickets will be $100(August 27 to September 3rd.)
