Cleveland Heights Memorial Day Ceremony

The City of Cleveland Heights hosts its annual Memorial Day Ceremony.
The City is proud to continue its over 50-year Memorial Day tradition of honoring those who have given their lives in service to our country, and of showing our respect to those who have served and those serving today. As always, all veterans present are recognized and invited to introduce themselves and share their branch of service and when and where they served.
The All-Generations Band, which has been an important part of Cleveland Heights Memorial Day celebrations for many years, will perform.
Veterans, veterans' organizations, scouting groups, schools, religious institutions, businesses, street clubs, community organizations and all Cleveland Heights citizens are encouraged to attend.
Parking is available in the Community Center parking lot on Monticello off Mayfield Road, or in the Cumberland Park parking lot on Cumberland Road. Handicapped parking is available off Preyer Road. For more information, please call Community Relations at 216.291.2323.

University Heights Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

Celebrate the holiday at University Heights' 49th annual Memorial Day parade!
Please join the festivities as we remember those who died for our freedoms. The parade route begins on Silsby Road near Farland Road. It will travel along Silsby, turn south at Belvoir Blvd, and end at John Carroll University.
The Memorial Ceremony at John Carroll University begins at 12:15 p.m.

Gentle Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!

*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer
All Clients: $288 for 2 classes per week (20% discount)
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)
