OutRun Ovarian Cancer 9th. Annual 5K Walk/Run and 1-Mile Family Fun RUn
7:50 AM - 10:30 AM
Join us for a rockin' good time to raise awareness of ovarian cancer. Race day registration begins at 7:15 a.m. Celebration Rally and Survivor Tribute kicks off at 7:50 a.m. 5K Walk/Run starts at 9:00 and 1-Mile Family Fun Run starts ay 9:05. There will be live music and a family fun area. Ovarian cancer survivors will receive a special gift. For information and to register visit www.oroc.org or www.hermescleveland.com

We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

The Off-the-Mats! Dog Walk

Join friends and neighbors (with or without canine companions) on a 3-mile walk from the Atma Center to the Lower Shaker Lake. Rest and stretch by the water in a brief outdoor yoga and “doga” session, then walk back to the Atma Center.
$15.00 includes event t-shirt and dog kerchief.

In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.
