Yoga for Lean Bodies *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is a powerful component of a healthy lifestyle that aids in creating a leaner body. We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

There are certain things that just scream America: Apple Pie, the Right to Bear Arms, Capitalism! But most of all: Thunderlips and the Submissives!
So as Sandra Day O’Connor celebrates her 31st Anniversary on the Supreme Court, TATS celebrates America because we were too busy blowing stuff up on the 4th.
Box office opens at 8:30pm and the show starts at 9:00pm. Tickets $8 cash only. Tickets can be purchased by cash only at the door the day of the show, reserved online at www.bigdogtheater.com or by phone at 216-472-3636.
Pop and water available at Big Dog Treats just outside the theater doors for only $1!
