Educational tour of Forest Hill Park
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Dr. James Bissell, director of natural areas and curator of biology for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, will give an educational tour of Forest Hill Park.

This large urban park is both steeped in Cleveland history, and rich in habitat diversity.

After the hike we will go to lunch at High-Thai'd on Coventry in Cleveland Heights. Lunch is at your own expense.

HRRC Presentation: "How to Contract a Repair"

Part of Home Repair Resource Center’s workshop series focusing on the needs of seniors. A modest fee of $10 will entitle homeowners age 62+ to attend two workshops; Cleveland Heights homeowners can also receive a 90-minute in-home consultation with HRRC Senior Repair Specialist Wesley Walker. Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.
