Forest Hill Thunder Run 5k Run/Walk

The Forest Hill Thunder Run is a 5k run/walk that will take place on July 21, 2012 at 8AM in Forest Hill Park (2370 Lee Blvd) in Cleveland Heights/East Cleveland, OH. Trophies and gift certificates will be awarded to the overall male and female winners, as well as the male and female masters winners. Male and female age group winners will also receive trophies. All the proceeds from the race will be donated to local charities.

In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. PAWS Adopt-a-thon

PAWS Ohio will be at the Mayfield Heights PetSmart (Golden Gate Plaza) this weekend for an adopt-a-thon. Adopt a cat/kitten this weekend with reduced fees!
The store will have a booth set up inside to adopt cats, kittens, dogs and puppies. This includes all shots and spaying/neutering. Screeners will be available for approving adoptions all day….so you can take your new pet home with you that same day.
Adoption Fees:
$30 - Adults Cats over 1 year old
$150 - Adult Dogs over 6 months old
$50 - Kittens under 1 year old
$175 - Puppies under 6 months old
Add a buddy for $25 more

An opportunity for individualized evaluation of strategies to improve a variety of conditions. Conducted by Atmarupa with the assistance of other SATYANANDA YOGA® teachers. This session is on the NECK AND SHOULDERS.

Atmarupa practiced anesthesia for 25 years and has been a yoga teacher for over 15 years. She was the first Level 2 accredited Satyananda Yoga® Teacher in North America & is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. In addition to her strong medical background, she has taught thousands of students & has an intuitive understanding of body mechanics.

Motorcars Honda & Toyota Photo Shoot Giveaway At Cain Park.
8:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Saturday July 21st at 8pm Seal with Macy Gray will be performing at Cain Park. Motorcars Cleveland will give guests a chance to use their imagination by creating their very own Seal CD cover.
Visitors will get the opportunity to create a CD cover in front of a green screen. This Photo station will be located in Cain Park’s upper pavilion. Guest’s photos will then be uploaded to the dealerships Facebook page (Facebook.com/Motorcars) and the most “liked” photos will have a chance to win cool and exciting prizes. One grand prize winner will take home a Seal prize pack.
Motorcars Cleveland will provide two free Shuttles to and from the event. Guests planning to ride Motorcars free Shuttle are asked to park at Cleveland Heights City Hall. Pick up begins an hour before the concert (Shuttle will stop once concert begins) and up to one hour after concert ends.
Motorcars Cleveland with Cain Park, who is owned and operated by the city of Cleveland Heights are working together to help continue community involvement.
