Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

Glass and Clay Tile Mosaic with Susan Gallagher
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
ages 16 - adult
A class for beginners and continuing students. Learn the basic techniques of creating glass and clay tile mosaic designs during this one day workshop. Experienced students may bring a wooden box or or clay pot to create a finished mosaic object. We will be using recycled stained glass and clay tile pieces, along with wood and glue to create our designs and then we will finish our project using grout. If you have your own glass cutter, bring it along.
Registration deadline: July 16 at 5pm

Gentle Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening! PLEASE CALL OR VISIT OUR WEBSITE TO SIGN UP
