Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

Learn how to measure, cut, and assemble wooden steps to meet code requirements. We’ll talk about the ground support needed and how to attach steps to the porch.
Open to residents of all communities. Reservations required; call (216) 381-6100, ext. 16 or email workshops@hrrc-ch.org. Be sure to provide a daytime phone number so we can get back to you! Modest materials fee charged (call for details or see www.hrrc-ch.org).

Motorcars Honda & Toyota Kicks Off Summer Giveaways With The Counting Crows At Cain Park.

Monday the 18th at 7pm The Outlaw Road show featuring The Counting Crows will be performing at Cain Park. Motorcars Cleveland will be there to kick off their summer giveaways and to answer questions and educate guests on Motorcars products and services.
Visitors will have the opportunity to show off their rock star moves in front of a green screen. This Photo station will be located near the box office in Cain Park. Guest’s photo’s will then be uploaded to the dealerships Facebook page (Facebook.com/Motorcars) and the most “liked” photos will have a chance to win cool and exciting prizes. One grand prize winner will take home something to add to their rock’n roll collection.
