(Free to NEW students: A new student is anyone who has never attended a class at the Atma Center of not attended in the past 6 months.)
Learn yoga principles and techniques that can help improve mood, motivation and energy level within a supportive class environment. Find out why some practices may not be suitable for you and how you can modify them to fit your needs.
