Virya: The Divine Warrior Within Us with James G. Bailey

How do we awaken to our true self-empowered beingness? What limits us in life, relationships, as a yoga teacher, or on the spiritual path in general? How do we build the ahamkara (ego) without falling prey to the obstacles it so adores to befriend? The Virya course is for anyone with an authentic desire to explore the warrior within without the fear of discovering the truth.

Agni Shodhana: Ayurvedic Spring Cleansing Methods with James G. Bailey
2:30 PM - 5:30 PM
In this shodhana course, we will review all the major cleansing systems native to yoga and ayurveda. Specific instructions will be provided to aid the student in his or her own detox program for spring, and to empower the student to live cleaner, lighter and stronger.
$50 by February 3, $60 thereafter
