Yoga for Lean Bodies *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is a powerful component of a healthy lifestyle that aids in creating a leaner body. We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

Foster Care Information Meeting

Open your home to a foster child and impact a life! Persons interested in becoming foster parents are welcome to attend our monthly information meeting at Bellefaire JCB. Attendees will learn about the process of becoming foster parents and the services that Bellefaire JCB offers to foster parents and foster children. They will also get to meet licensed foster parents and learn about their experiences as foster parents. Lunch is served to all attendees.
