Calling all families with toddlers and pre-schoolers! Pack a picnic dinner and join Family Connections for a series of summer playground nights on the lawn outside the Coventry Building. We'll have some fun outdoor games, crafts, bubbles, water play and more!

Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

HRRC Workshop: "Glass Block Windows"

You'll learn how to construct a glass block panel from individual blocks and install it in a basement window opening.

CH-UH Board of Education special Community Forum

Interested parents and residents are invited to a special Community Forum held by the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education on Monday, July 16, from 7-8:15 p.m. in the Social Room of Cleveland Heights High School (13263 Cedar Road).
The Forum will provide residents an opportunity to express their comments and opinions regarding the Community Facilities Plan before the Board makes a final determination on Tuesday, July 17.

Gentle Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry.
