July 4 FUNdraiser for the Heights Emergency Food Center

Join Atma Center teachers and students for an outdoor all levels yoga class at Cumberland Park (near the Soldier's Memorial) and support the Heights Emergency Food Center.
Suggested Donation $10 + 1 box/can of food. This class will be held at Cumberland Park -- NOT at the Atma Center.

Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.
