Memorial Day Ceremonies
10:30 AM
Celebrate this day of honor at The Lake View Cemetery. Ceremonies begin with a parade to the Garfield Monument; the veteran's program and keynote speaker; and a spirited band to follow. At 1:30 pm a ceremony will be held at the James A. Garfield Monument to honor each person interred at the Lake View Cemetery with in the past year.
Location:
Lake View Cemetery, 12316 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106. Mayfield gate located in Cleveland Hts at the corner of Mayfield and Kenilworth.

This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students' desires and abilities.

This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry.
