Preparing for Birth with Yoga (Couples Workshop) with Swami Atmarupa (Beverly Singh)
1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
This quarterly workshop for couples is meant to enhance the support of the mother-to-be by including her partner. Together, learn techniques that will facilitate labor and delivery, and relieve stress throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes. $45 per couple ($40 if paid by March 8). Limited to 10 couples.
If signing up online, just one person of each couple needs to register.

Heights Youth Theatre presents "Once On This Island"

Once On This Island, set in the French Antilles, is a magical tale about love, class struggles, faith, and transformation. As in any great story, there is an oath, a curse, a battle,a journey, and a colorful cast of characters that will steal your heart and chill your soul. Ti Moune is a young peasant girl who survives one storm only to be thrust into another. She must choose between the love she develops for Daniel, an upper class man, and an oath to the gods. What will she choose?
With a Caribbean music score, large-scale puppets, and movement styles ranging from Haitian, Afro-Cuban, West African, and Hip Hop, you will want to visit this island more than once!

The talented cast from age 7 to 18 hails from Cleveland and its surrounding suburbs.

Mozart Celebration: Ballet comes to Severance Hall

Apollo's Fire returns to Severance Hall for the splendid occasion of Mozart's ballet Music from Idomeneo- uniting the music with period dancers as the composer intended. Internationally acclaimed pianist Sergei Babayan makes his period-instrument debut, playing an early nineteenth-century Broadwood piano.
Soloists for the performance are Sergei Babayan, pianoforte, Carlos Fittante and Robin Gilbert, dancers.
