Why do we do certain yoga techniques and how do they work from an anatomic standpoint? Deb presents Anatomy & Physiology in a supportive, enjoyable environment, allowing you to practice and teach in a safer, more intelligent way. Come prepared for both lecture and practice.
This class can count toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education - 2 hours in Anatomy & Physiology - request a certificate form from our staff when you arrive.
$20 if paid up to 5 days in advance, $25 thereafter.

Bach Family Fireworks: Virtuoso Concertos and Family Drama by J.S. Bach and Sons
Virtuosity abounded in the Bach family, each of J.S. Bach's sons spoke with a distinctive artistic voice. The string players of Apollo's Fire bring electricity to symphonies of the fiery C.P.E. Bach and the quirky W.F. Bach, and concertos of the exuberant Papa Bach himself.
Soloists for the performance are Julie Andrijeski, violin, Rene Schiffer, cello, Jeannette Sorrell, Harpsichord.
