Kindergarten Information Night Welcomes New Families
This informational evening will be an opportunity for parents to meet CH-UH kindergarten
teachers and have questions answered about the kindergarten program and the school
District.

Topics to be discussed include kindergarten readiness, kindergarten curriculum,
and related services.

Parents will learn more about the before/after school program, student services,
food service, transportation, and more.

Due to the format and time of this meeting, please limit attendance to adults only.

Remembering
The Unitarian Universalist Society of Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, will offer a worship service in the congregation's sancturary on March 19th, 2008 to commemorate the beginning of the United States invasion and occupation of Iraq. The service, "Remembering," will start at 7:00 p.m. and continue until the names of all Americans who have died since March 2003 have been read. The names of a representative sample of Iraqi dead will also be read. Candles will be lit in honor of both Americans and Iraqis. Everyone is welcome to participate in this service and those who have lost loved ones in Iraq are invited to their bring pictures and momentos to place on the altar.

A portion of the service will dedicated to those who have been wounded in Iraq. If you would like your injured honored please contact the Unitarian Universalist Society of Cleveland Society's office at 216.932.1898 or uuscleveland@yahoo.com. For more information about the service please contact the office. The Rev. Colin Bossen, minister of the Unitarian Universalist Society of Cleveland, will conduct the service.

Middle School Honor Band and Orchestra Festival Concert
Students from Monticello, Roxboro and Wiley Middle Schools in the Cleveland Heights-University School District will perform in an honor band and honor orchestra. The ensembles are sponsored by Reaching Heights and provide motivated young musicians from across the district an additional opportunity to practice and perform.
