The City of University Heights announces the 2008 Citizens of the Year –
Halle Barnett and Michael Struk, president and vice president of the Heights-Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce, respectively.
Please join us Thursday evening, November 6, 2008 for our annual civic awards reception at the Gesu Family Center. Festivities begin at 5:30 pm and conclude at 8PM

League Forum Features Cleveland Development Chief Chris Warren
The public is invited to the League of Women Voters Cuyahoga Area's sixth season of First Thursday Forums. First in the series features Chief of Regional Development for the city of Cleveland, Chris Warren. His topic, "Regional Cooperation: An Agenda to Share," covers the sharing proposals crafted by the NEO Mayors and Managers Association and how these proposals relate to shared regional interest. Cost is $5/adult, $3/student, at the door.

"West Side Story" presented by Cleveland Heights High School
Singing, dancing, and award-winning musicians will come together as part of Cleveland Heights High School’s production of “West Side Story.”
The musical runs November 6, 7, and 8 at 7:30 p.m. and on November 9 at 4 p.m. in the Cleveland Heights High School Dina Rees Evans Performing Arts Center (13263 Cedar Road).
Tickets are $10 (orchestra) and $6 (mezzanine) and are available at the door or by calling the Vocal Music Ticket Line at 320-3105.
