Yoga for Recovery

Yoga For Recovery - Many yoga principles are very similar to the guidelines of twelve step recovery programs. While we work through our poses we focus on the yoga practices of staying in the present moment, being forgiving of ourselves and others, accepting ourselves exactly the way we are, and the power of positive thinking.
